Since the end of @SimcoeCtyFirePages on the platform formerly known as Twitter, I have been looking into setting up something that would cover a roughly similar area. I also hope I can manage to figure out what they were doing to make it so convenient, there is one problem though, when I monitor the posted pager frequency I never seem to catch anything (154.220 [154.1PL]). Is there something I'm missing? The trunked system comes in and works fine.

You'll likely want to monitor the repeater output, not the input. 153.215 looks to be the frequency you want.
There already is a Grey County Fire feed covering the countywide 1/2
Yes 153.215, I was looking at the wrong column. That's what I have been monitoring. Also I don't hear pages on Countywide 1 or 2

That was me. I was using TTD to feed a bunch of different fire departments to Twitter and Facebook but as more and more moved to paging over DMR, it just wasn't worth the time or effort. I think there's 2 departments left in Simcoe County that still use analog paging.

Fair enough and TTD is now behind a pay wall, and FD Tone Notify us not working well for me. I'll keep listening and fiddling with it
I've stayed with the last version of TTD that supports Pushover etc and it's working very well for me. It ain't broke, so I'm not attempting to fix anything lol
Sorry to bump an old post. Does anyone still get a PL on the paging channel (153.215)? I no longer detect a PL like I used to a year or so ago; I feel like they have gone CSQ.
I'm pretty sure they dropped the tone when they installed the new DMR system.
