So after reprogramming to NFM and digital I have total silence so it is either data over conventional FM or another digital format that is not decoded by PSR-800. My guess is data.

My 197 is programmed with the Mode as Auto, and the Tone as search. Same for my HP-1, 396XT, and 106.
That is how I search for the NAC. It has always worked for me.
Every thing that I've heard from home is analog.

Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (Linux; U; Android 4.1.2; en-us; DROID RAZR Build/9.8.2O-72_VZW-16-5) AppleWebKit/534.30 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/4.0 Mobile Safari/534.30)

Ok, I must be missing something; I have been scouring over all the FCC data posted in this thread and have not been able to find where it is indicated that any P25 equipment is being utilized. Can someone please point out what I am missing? Additionally, I too can only receive the "P25" freqs when I have my x36HP's tuned to FM, whereas, my 996XT's will pick them up tuned to auto. The kicker is that the 996XT's set to auto indicate NFM when it hits on a "P25" freq. is there anyone who is in the know with GSP that can clarify this mess?

After a week and with my scanner programmed as digital I have had total silence. In auto I get a TRBO type noise, with FM as the mode.

So far, I have the info on the attached. I'm planning on setting up a page in the database for GSP with all the new P25 frequencies and NACs. Let me know if there is any additions and/or corrections.

Post 33 in Milledgeville is in the process of modifying KIF866 with a new input frequency for the 155.4525 P25 repeater. New input is 154.6575. They have received an STA for WQTZ231:

ULS Application - Public Safety Pool, Conventional - 0006275953 - Georgia State of - Frequency Summary

The State of Georgia, Department of Public Safety, Georgia State Patrol is requesting an STA for a new mobile frequency. We have found during the testing phase of the new repeater installation that we are receiving noticeable and harmful interference on the new mobile frequency of 154.665MHz on call sign KIF866.
We are asking for an STA for a new frequency of 154.6575MHz which test clear and will work in equipment currently purchased and in place.
The Georgia State Patrol is on schedule at this time to move forward with the 4 new repeater site installation that are currently licensed for Troop E in which KIF866 is located. The STA is need so we can move forward without delay the programming of base station, mobile unit, and portable on the 21st of May, 2014 as the permanent licensing is processed.
We are also submitting an application for the permanent licensing of 154.6575MHz as a mobile on call sign KIF866 through APCO at this time.

154.8975 is being used in the Jackson county area. I hear it quite well in N Gwinnett. On a trip north today, I recorded 72 hits on my 106. It is still analog with a CTCSS in the 150 range. Audio was great. The GSP was handling a multi-car wreck on 85N around 10:30am.
Did get one hit on the 773MHz car repeater.
As usual, the GSMNP system just is unbelievable.

For the areas with their own repeater system, where is car to car being found? Are they still using 154.680 or P-25?

155.58750 is also licensed to Murray County, GA. Sheriff.
They have a strong signal & great coverage into Alabama.
That frequency may also have an interference issue if they are too close.
