Here's a pending application for a new license listed for GSP Post 52 in Elberton with a P25 repeater:

ULS Application - Public Safety Pool, Conventional - 0006188921 - GEORGIA, STATE OF - Frequency Summary

155.4675 (159.4275 input)

Looks like this post was created last year (not currently listed on the DPS website) and will be located in Hart County.

Although the FCC application listed Post 52 as Elberton (and the repeater is located southwest of Elberton), it will be known as Hartwell as part of Troop B:

Should be open in early October.

Has anyone heard Grovetown traffic? I am not getting anything

Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I am getting Grovetown although I am not sure what freq there on when I hear them as I still have all the old GSP freqs programmed in the scanner along with the new ones. I'll try to catch it for ya but they are there.

Map of P25 repeater sites

The state of Georgia has amended their application for their 700 MHz band state license WPTZ768 by including an attachment with maps showing the Georgia DPS, GBI and DNR repeater sites and contours. I've attached a copy of the .pdf file.

According to that .PDF, all except for a couple of the repeaters are on 154.800. ....Obviously that's not the case.

Wonder whats up with that

RRR, could you be a little more obvious as to what your statement is? It's a bit confusing.

...Wow, really?

Take a look back in this thread at all the other new repeater listings, none of them are 154.800.....

What this says to me, is that all repeaters are on 154.800 with the exception of a couple.
That was what I was questioning.
So, yes, really.
Larry

Wow.... Have you even read through this thread? Go to page 1 and start reading, then get to this point and tell me there's nothing unusual about this. -NONE of the repeaters reported are on 154.800. That's the simplex car to station frequency for the GSP.

I feel like I'm in the twilight zone....

I think an interesting point is that the Map(s) do not impinge on any Counties nor GSP Posts of the SEGARRN area, which is mostly an existing 700 MHz P-25 system.
