Hamilton County - PSR-500 Question

I have noticed while Monitoring Carmel PD that on some of the calls the following appears: LCN06 or LCN 01 or LCN12.

Can anyone explain this? Is this the System ID?

No with a EDACS system they use LCN 1-15 for Hamilton county right now this has to put in order for it to trunk right the scanner is just telling you that is the EDACS LCN channel number is 6 or 2 and so on that the scanner stops on this is not the system ID the ID will show Site ID 02 most of the time for Hamilton County but when the rotate to a diffrent CC the site ID will change.

I just noticed that sometimes the Scanner displays the Radio ID and other times it displays the LCN.
