I am going to propose to my legislators the 28th amendment to the Constitution.”Congress or Disney shall not abridge my freedom to talk on a radio” Anyone want to join my grassroots effort?

You may get more mileage getting the ARRL to author a bill titled "Amateur Radio Patriot Act of 2020" which stipulates that an FCC ham license is the equivalent of a golden ticket/goldmember and trumps all local, state and even Constitutional law and will be the instant shutdown to anyone, anywhere prohibiting the operation of amateur radio equipment, because, after all, HAM RADIO SAVES LIVES.

Should include a gold plated police style badge and a coupon for lots of flashing lights and siren to complete the package. That way everyone knows that ham radio operators are equal in all ways to public safety, paramedics, EMT's, MD's, RN's, police officers, sheriff deputies, fire fighters, hazmat teams, SWAT teams, special forces, rangers, US Space Force®, foreign consulates, US Secret Service, FBI, ATF, and most importantly, Metro State Protection Services in the state of Florida.

Am I detecting a hint of sarcasm in these posts now? Well, maybe not a hint.

Well, it looks like we lost this one. Isn't it amazing how little it takes to entertain us.

A couple of more posts and it'll be history.

Now that I look back, it deserves to go.

Yep, probably 6 pages ago. Private property is private property. Buying tickets/admission usually involves agreement to the terms. Most don't take the time to read the fine print. It's a hobby. There's more important things in life.

Not sure why it's such a difficult subject for some.

That's why I was glad to see the FCC pass legislation against antenna restrictions. From what I've heard they're planning on (or already have) taken steps against covenants as well.
