I'm hearing Plainview Police in 155.25 with a PL of 141.3!

I was hearing dallas PD here in sugar land (south of houston). Also was hearing ham repeaters in San Antonio, Austin and LaGrange.

I am hearing a bunch of NOAA stations from around Austin/San Antonio overpowering the local ones and there is a strong one trying to take over the Dallas NOAA frequency and the Ft Worth NOAA frequency.

Are you sure it was Plainview PD? I was just there this past weekend and got a tone of 85.4.
