If you look at his feedback profile, it says "All positive feedback received: 1027." So in a way, he does have over 1000 positives, he just has multiple comments from some people.

Actually the way that works is he sold a total of 1027 items, out of that only 648 left good feedbacks.The other 379 didn,t leave any feedbacks at all,most of the time that is because they are afraid they will get a bad feedback left to them if they leave one him,and they don,t want to risk ther 100% feedback ratings.I still say 1000 .99 cent and 01. cent irems doesn,t take long to accumulate a high feedback rating.

No, there's actually over 1000 feedback comments left there. If you set it to 200 comments per page, there is 6 pages of comments meaning 1000 plus however many on the last page.

And, yes I agree that selling a lot of cheap items is an easy way to get a high rating.

I'm sure others are viewing this thread as a flame but he has done so many people wrong and this "continuing investigation" may help others avoid this guy. Good detective work on the name.

I thought this was unusual to see in the auction:

This is a tell tale sign of a get some money quick scheme. Either that or he is just plain stupid. I am sure there are some folks here who he somehow managed to lead into sending him money, I don't know how. When I talked to him I could smell con through the telephone.

No, he's no kid, I've talked to him and he does know what he's doing. Of course, that might be one of the excuses he uses when law enforcment catches up with him.

I have not dealt with this guy personally and I am not defending him in any way but I am an avid ebay fan & I am a verified seller with both Ebay & PayPal with a 99.6% positive rating. The truth is, while it is easy to rip someone off on Ebay, it's not easy to keep doing it! I'll be the first to admit that Ebay & PayPal are not perfect but they have come along way & offer alot more protection to both the buyer & seller against fraud than anyone else out there! If you are cheating people, Ebay will find you & shut you down! Also, regardless of what anyone buys or sells on Ebay, there's no guarantee you will get any feedback rating, positive or negative. The fact that this guy has a high positive feedback rating says that he's making somebody happy with his transactions.
As far as his SCANNER sales go... Never mind how much he sells them for, I'd love to know how he can get so many to sell so cheap! Unless this guy has a cousin named Chang Wong that works at the Uniden factory in China, you definetely have to wonder where he gets them from!

Not only that the feedbacks (seller & buyer) were both left on Jul-18-06 at 06:04 - now thats very odd indeed!

If this was just a fake auction to make it look like the deals are legit, he will still have to pay ebay for the listing/sale - maybe thats just the cost of doing business? hmmmmm something is a bit fishy here after all.
