HELP Garvin County Horrific noise

I have a BearcatBCD996P2 scanner in Paul's Valley. Have all the Garvin Co. frequencies, and they have worked great for years. Just recently, a number of the channels have no voice, just this " Terrible "noise. Its on Paul's Valley PD & FD, Maysville PD & FD , and some of the Garvin Co. Sheriff channels and a bunch of other channels in Garvin county. Has anyone heard this before and if so do you know how to solve it ? Its so bad i'm considering selling my scanner. I've included an audio file if you want to hear it.

I am desperate for some help ! Thanks in advance, and if money is the issue, i'm willing to talk about a deal of some kind !

Looks like a lot of folks have adopted DMR. Your P2 scanner can be upgraded to copy these transmissions, although it is a paid upgrade. See this from our wiki (anything in blue is a link)
