Help ID This Signal

I've been learning to use my RTL SDR and have come across a signal I can't identify:

FREQ: 418.0250 - 418.035 MHz (the frequency jumps around from day to day
MODE: DSB
MY QTH: San Fernando Valley,Los Angeles, CA
TIME: Different times throughout the day. My times are pdt.

Definitely not one I've ever heard before. I scrolled through this list and couldn't nail down anything similar. But may be I missed it Digital Modes Samples

418 MHz is federal government but it could also be a low power Part 15 device or from some electronic device in your house or neighborhood.

Uhh can't say as I've ever seen anything like it.. appears to be, by my guesstimation, some kind of timing signal..

I'm thinking timing or synchronization signal as well, but it's not on all the time. I'm going to take my SDR to a different location and see if that makes a difference.
