Help identifying new Frederick TG

TG 5414 seems to be a new talkgroup today and I would think it falls into the sheriffs range but when listening they use each others names and the RID's are in the 241xxxx, both of which don't apply to the sheriffs, so i was thinking maybe something with the state police. There is also very limited talk to "operations" who seems to be the dispatcher.
Anyone have any ideas?

There are *many* 241xxxx RID that operate on the Frederick County system, most of them *seem* to be related to the City of Frederick, and mostly police. And busses. Since many 241xxxx RIDs are also using MD TAC 10, my guess it is related to transportation for the Firefighters Memorial Weekend up in Emmitsburg.

I really need a 2nd and 3rd scanner and possibly a dedicated PC for some SDRs so I can find new stuff!
