Help identifying this antenna

I'm going through all my junk in prep for a move and came across the below antenna. Looks like it was made for a center fed parabolic dish, the horizontal and vertical elements are different sizes. Vertical is shorter than the horizontal (according to an arrow sticker labelled "TOP" on the outside). The bottom picture just shows half the elements. Let me know what y'all think, thanks!

Thanks for the info. So the helical portion of the antenna would be wound inside the center tube. I was thinking it was not circular pol because i couldn't see any helical portion.

Looks line an L-band cross dipole with splash plate. Most certainly circular pol.

There is only one connector but two dipoles, so they are fed out of phase with a 90deg hybrid or different length coax to create circular pol. All L-band satellite stuff I know of is circular pol.
