While doing a search on my scanner, I found traffic on 130.875. I've looked on the Wiki, and I see that it falls under the following:

128.825132.000Operational Control. Coordinated by ARINC
Besides that, I have been looking in my local and state database pages and cannot find anything for that frequency. Could someone help me identify what this frequency is?

Reception location is Southeast Kentucky. I haven't listened to it very closely, but it honestly sounds like an ATC frequency; though I know it's not.

According to the Radio Reference Database 130.875 is a DHL Operations frequency at CVG/Cincinnati. It also lists 131.225 as a DHL Operations frequency. One might be "Operations" while the other might be "Dispatch" ? If you listen enough you might be able to differentiate the two.

It's also used with ACARS - SITA (Aircraft Communications Addressing and Reporting System)

Depends where you look in the wiki.
This wiki page says,
128.825 - 132.000 Company Airlines Operational Control

And this wiki page says,
128.825132.000Operational Control. Coordinated by ARINC (See Airline Operations Below)

According to the FCC database, it's licensed to Aviation Spectrum Resources Inc at Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport in Covington, KY

"Aviation Spectrum Resources, Inc. (ASRI) under the
guidance of the Aeronautical Frequency Committee
(AFC) is responsible for managing the aeronautical
enroute VHF spectrum in the United States. "
This includes ARINC and SITA (which DHL would likely use).

Querying the FCC license database, there are four licenses with the ACARS emissions designator (13K0A2D) on that frequency. WQDK763, WQDR976, WQDR977, WQIC517. They're all four located in Atlanta (ATL).

And when you query the freq (130.875) in all 50 states, those 4 show up (in red) but the rest reflect emission code 6K00A3E -Amplitude modulated (AM) analog voice, double sideband full carrier

Possibly DHL ops at CVG airport

Up here in the UP of Michigan, I get Polar Air, Jazz Aviation, and Air Canada using that frequency.
And when you query the freq (130.875) in all 50 states, those 4 show up (in red) but the rest reflect emission code 6K00A3E -Amplitude modulated (AM) analog voice, double sideband full carrier

The important line is
Aviation Spectrum Resources Inc130.875000FAWQKU408ACovingtonBOONEKYAF
which manages the aeronautical enroute VHF spectrum in the United States including that for DHL.

For people who do not know, the airport in Covington, KY is Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (yes, Cincinnati is in Ohio).
