Thanks Mike. I'm working a submission from a traveler. I wanted to determine that there wasn't a Cap+
or similar system in place before working it.

The DMR are there but they don't seem to be using it. I'm only a couple miles away - will do some further investigation The only transmissions from them we've been able to find is them using MARCS radio to talk to incoming squads.
