Help Needed programming Radio Shack Pro-2055 for Union County/Marysville Ohio

I'm trying to add talk groups to my Radio Shack Pro-2055 for Union County/Marysville Ohio.

Ohio MARCS-IP (Marysville Site)
47002 Union County Fire Dispatch (Simulcast with no tones)
47006 Union County Fire Ops 2 (Marysville Fire Ops)
47010 Union County Fire Ops 3 (County Fire Ops)
47014 Union County Fire Ops 4
47018 Union County Fire FG 1
47022 Union County Fire FG 2
47030 Union County EMA Ops
47034 Union County FD-PD
47038 Union County Sheriff Dispatch (Plain City & Richwood PD)

Ive added all of the conventional frequencies, however I'm not sure the steps for adding talk groups. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

According to the radioreference wiki (see Pro-2055 - The RadioReference Wiki), this scanner will not work on MARCS. MARCS is a P25 trunking system, and your scanner does not support P25 trunking.

Looks like that’s analog only scanner. Need digital capable scanner for Marcs IP system.

Get yourself a Whistler WS1040 or WS1065. They are super affordable and will work great for Union County.
