I am using an RTL-SDR dongle and a couple of years ago I programmed in a DMR Motortrbo system and its been working fine. The system is this one: Industrial Communications and Electronics Site: Johnston (RI)
I programmed same system in my BCD996P2 scanner (using ProScan) which has DMR upgrade and I can get the CC full scale but dont hear any of the transmissions. I also noticed on scanner the freqs dont rotate and stays on only 1 freq, where on the RTL-SDR dongle using SDR Trunk, the freqs change and everything works. So with both the dongle and scanner running at same time I hear lots of activity on SDR Trunk but nothing on scanner. I looked in Proscan at the data and it shows all the freqs and talk groups. Cant figure this out. It also seems according to RR That system, "Industrial Communications" had undergone some changes but I dont understand what it means. I reprogrammed in scanner and get same issues.
