Help with city

Hello.....I am in need of some programming help for the city of Omaha. I have the new 996XT model. I thought I had everything all orogrammed in. I use ARC-XT for my programming software. I have all the omaha PD/FD Talkgroup ID's, as they are listed in this database, and I thought I had the correct frequencies that go along with therm, but everytime I am in omaha all's the radio does is ID scan. I get no talking or anything....Just scan. Now, I have the OPPD-Omaha list of frequencies as the scanning freqs......Do I have the wrong set of freqs programmed? Do I need to program the douglas county ones instead? I just don't know what I am doing wrong.....The Pott, co IA and council bluffs work just fine.....I am just not getting any traffic from Omaha....If anyone uses ARC and has a saved file for Omaha that they can send me that I can just upload into the radio, that would help, or just any info on helping me would be great.....Here are the freqs that I have programmed in the radio....Bascially the OPPD omaha list. Do I have them in the wrong order? Do I need to use the Douglas county simulcas list either instead or along with these? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Again, If I have the wrong freqs or the wrong order or am missing some freqs or don't have the wrong TG ID's, please let me know and how to fix them so I can start listening to Omaha PD/FD. Thanks

For OFD and OPD , use control channels of 853.7625, 853.95, 852.9625, and 853.75.

Omaha stuff

Just those 4 freqs? Just type in those 4 where you type in the frequency?

You want the Douglas County site of ORION System,

You can select Control Channel Only on that scanner and those 4 are the control channels.

Note the fourth freq should be 853.725, not 853.750.
