I 'm new at this and I don't know if I'm in the correct area but I own a BCD325P2 and I am a premium RR subscriber and I also am a proscan subscriber and I got a license for $50 and I can't seem to get any help on how to get my local frequencies and how to import them from my computer to the scanner on proscan and yes I do have the app downloaded and I am lost on how to get someone to help me to get what I paid for and I can't get anywhere can you direct me on what to do .ty

I truly don't mean this to be snarky - I don't own that model - I have an SDS200 - but - have you tried looking at the "Similar threads" here? Just eyeballing one, right off the bat, I see this possible tidbit:
