If there are no TGs, there is nothing to monitor.

Some have requested that such systems be added in ID SEARCH mode, but that
is not something that has been changed (and may or may not ever be changed)

The system in question is a large one, with sites and “departments” spread across multiple states. The “no talkgroups” status does not apply. It was not in the Sentinel database because it was not correctly configured in the RadioReference database. However, that has been addressed and the system should correctly appear in Sentinel after the next update.
