My Pictures are bigger than 800x600
how do i get them down the that size?? help

If you have Windows XP, just download the image resizer from MS and right click and resize.

Try opening the file up with Microsoft Office Picture Manager (if you have windows than you should have it). Then click on "picture" and click "resize" ..

I second that. Picture Manager does an excellent job of resizing images with minimal distortion.
