Yes, it's that time of year, and the loud, powerful jets along with the vintage warbirds will be here at Davis- Monthan AFB. Airspace around the field goes restricted up to 17500' MSL starting this upcoming Thursday.

Just FYI, the Heritage Flight did the anthem flyover at the Super Bowl in Minneapolis. Here are the frequencies that they used:

122.4750
148.5875
279.5750
405.3250

And yes, the 405 MHz frequency is correct. Spotters on the ground used it, and were heard using the call sign DRAGO (dray-go}.

Thanks Chris. I will give a listen to these. I will be on the flight line in front of Base Ops

They have a historical set of frequencies that they use at the Heritage Conference, so I will be checking those out on the Friday runs.

If you are a DoD ID Cardholder you will have access to the flightline to get up close to the participating aircraft and aircrew. Access is via Base Ops.

The training normally starts at 9am.
