It's a seasonal show and the season is already over for it. :) I talk to folks on 147.045 from about 2300-0600 Sunday through Wednesday nights. Most nights there are some people on there. Some nights there are not...

I was up at QT in town west last night about 00:30 and would have liked to have had "Mr. Glock" on my side too! :D

:) Always the loyal fan base. That particular Mr. Glock has been with me for going on 14 years now.

Now, if you would only put 146.52 in that scan list... or even 151.625 pl of 100.00...

146.520 has always been there. What's the other freq? Yes, I ran it through the database before asking. I don't get it.

I normally call out on 146.52 when at the tower site, just because of the range I get
up there. There is a group south of OKC that we talk to from there on 52 all the time.

I wish it was more active elsewhere.

151.625 is an itinerant business channel that we, and about 9879357345 million
other folks use across the country. It can be handy when dealing with non-HAMs
espically on road trips.

If you want a mobile, I have an older programmable Alinco rig here, you can
have. It is missing a knob, but last I checked it is fully operational, just looks
kind of rough.

No response... How about it, does any NEW ham need a first radio?

You must be recently licensed, and no HAM radio yet.

Alinco DR-110, display is not as bright as it could be, and
a plastic knob is missing, but it works fine.

Free to a good home!

Have you got a 2 meter yet? I just traded a Pro-83 for an Alinco DJ-S11 and it surprised me. I got on a hillnd talked 25 miles from Cheyenne to Elk City on 300 MW. The repeater was full scale. I hope you can find something like that
