Are the old lowband freqs listed on radio reference still used? I'm going to be traveling down I-95 through SC enroute to Florida, so I was just wondering if I should put them in my scanner or not.

I'm not going to bother with the trunked system, TOO MANY frequencies to put in!

Lo Band is rarely used anymore,.... some slight usage in the Low Country....

If you want to hear SCHP, you have to have a trunktracker,... Almost all communications are done on the Palmetto 800. If you have a CC Only capable scanner... SC is the simplest state to moniter!

Yeah, i've got a trunk tracker, but it's old (pro 2050), no computer interface, and i'm leaving tomorrow.

I'll just have to pass this time around!
