HP-2: home patrol

Ijust got a home patrol one and it keeps giving me sd card file error ? I wnet out and bought a new micro sd card put it in and the same mesage came up i have tried it 5 time ?

Hi I am glad to hear that hours is working my home patrol 2 is still not working 😕 it just says sd card will not go in to mass USB at all it seems to be the home Patrol has a lot of problems just not working at all
