All I can say is WOW. And this from a guy who owns a Pro-97, Pro-2006, 796D, a Alinco DJX-2000 and a couple Yaesus thrown in. I know there are pure scanner people out there but this is the wave of the future. I saw this technology back in 03 with the militarys JITTERS system and now its here for the unwashed masses. Everything is built on waveform models. Out of the box, the sensitivity is awesome. You can't tell a P25 system from a conventional system, no Mickey Mouse voices. As the database develops we'll get more accurate on what we want to hear as far as catagories go. Got mine Saturday at HRO and they are flying off the shelves as fast as they can get them. Uniden has a winner here.
