Hosting a Feed!

OK. Alot of people may know or have one, Myspace. Im was wondering if its really hard to host a feed through my myspace page. Im not sure how to do it. If its possible, Can some help me here! Thanks!

If you can imbed a Windows Media Player (IOW, if you can post a page with an imbedded control on it), you can do it like I do on my page (in my sig, below). If you need the code, PM me here.
