ProScan: How can I populate the Note field with the TGID description from RR import?

In Proscan, how do you automatically populate the Note field with the talkgroup description from a RadioReference import?



Within Freescan it seems to add them to a Comment field when doing the import:



I want to find out how to do this in Proscan as it helps to better understand what the TGID represents and is automated even when you have 1000's of talkgroups. I have searched everywhere and cannot find a solution.

I believe Notes are just that, a place for user entered notes. You hear ABC Fire department so you do a double click and then type it in. Notes for later reference.
