Wow how things have changed in Ocean County in 11 years. Interesting info, in the link below.
I remember buying Scammer Master every year for the latest frequencies and information.
I needed to buy 2 to get all the areas I scanned.
I would read it from cover to cover, it was great bathroom reading, LoL

Joe Cardini's frequency guide you show here was by far the best frequency guide for our area ever.

I'M so old I remember Seaside Park PD on VHF Low Band!
Me too! Also, I remember visiting my in-laws at their place on the water in Toms River, when Toms River was Dover Township and The Dover Twp PD was in the clear on 155.655. I’d also receive Suffolk County PD on 155.655 much of the time in summer, as back then my scanners didn’t have PL capability.
