My question is I live in Utah and I want to program my scanner to p25 so I can hear all Utah channels but I don’t know how to program them on the software running a computer

It would help to know your city and county in Utah. I will be able to look up what is available in the database and help with the programming. As Mike asked, do you have the Radio Shack PRO-668 iScan programming software installed on your computer?
