How do I listen or find older 911 recordings? For example: I want to listen to a fire I had on 3/15/10.

If you're referring to the audio feed archives here on RR, go to the audio feeds section, select the desired feed and search the archive for that feed. If you're interested in the official recordings from the dispatch center, you would have to make a public records request to the dispatch center in question.
