I've been pretty busy with work, so just checking back in here after inquiries about the app.
I noted the requested changes (Call Log/History) from @KevinC and will try to have a look at that when time permits.
In the meantime, since development is stalled, I've uploaded the source to github if anyone wants to fork it and play with it:

It is released under the MIT license, so feel free to do with it as you please. The current version has a "button1" unhidden, which brings up an RF spectrum scanning function that is unfinished as yet. If I get a chance to work on this and add anything new, I'll update the forum.
