I was just curious if anyone’s heard communication on the ice frequencies listed in rr nh listings or if there are anymore frequencies they use? The current frequencies listed are 163.675
And 163.775.

Search 162-174. see what you hear, you just might be in a poor location or not listening at the correct time(s)

In the DC-VA-MD, the following are used by the Department o Homeland Security Network that includes them:
(all encrypted--note I have not recently checked for activity)
163.650 Bull Run (N081)
163.675 Charlottesville (N084)
163.725 Washington (N073)
168.7625 Richmond (N083)
169.9375 Roanoke (N089)
170.125 Harrisonburg (N088)
170.7125 Fredericksburg (N082)
170.800 Fairfax (N098)
171.325 Norfolk (N086)
171.350 unknown (N090)

It is easy with an SDR to see their locations simultaneously key up.

if they are Wide-Area or Vote-Scan, not all are.

or he is using one of the Uniden scanners which does not stop on secure traffic.
SDR is the best way to go for confirmation that they are there.
