Icom IC-2B3

In a surplus auction I recently purchased, I ended up with an Icom IC-2B3 handheld radio, and I have no idea what it covers. There are 3 wheel selectors on top, with the ability to select 0-9 on each. Next to that, there are two, 2 position switches, one labeled 0kHz or 5kHz, and the other labeled Power on & off. Above those are the volume and squelch knobs. Is it a VHF Ham radio? What's the freq range?

Any help in identifying this radio will be greatly appreciated.

The "2" should indicate VHF band, specifically the 2 meter amateur radio band.

So, the Leading "1 and 4" is a given. First wheel on the left is the 1MHz setting. Center wheel is the 100KHz, right one is 10KHz.
0KHz and 5KHz are the 1KHz setting.

So, everything would be 14#.##0 or 14#.##5

But a photo of the tag on the back might give us more info.

WEll if you have your ham ticket you can use it for simplex on 52...if you dont hold a ham license not much you can do with it.
