Indiana State museum or the Zoo radio scanner ideas

hello, I'm planning on making a video on the radio problems with two places in Indianapolis the Indiana State House. and the Indiana State Museum. I also am looking around at the zoo using the NXDN. then like looking around at the problems like listening to certine stuff in the malls

well I'm thinking about the radio stuff with the listening to the malls and the Indiana state house

because of trying to listening to the state fairgrounds I believe they banned the radio traffic there
