I can't get the radio feed software to get the connection information, HELP!

Where are you seeing the error message? Source Client tab or the Auto Config. dialog?
What button did you click prior to the error message?
What is the exact message you're seeing? A screen shot will suffice.

Does this help? When I hit auto config I login then set then it goes to this without the error then I hit connect and get the error. http://forums.radioreference.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=42215&stc=1&d=1374237468

Kind of helps. It shows the info is not filled in from the Auto Config. dialog
Did you login and clicked the Set button In the Auto Config. dialog screen?

A side note.. I would turn down the left or right input depending on the which input the scanner is connected to.

Yes, logged in and all that good stuff, it's just not providing the info needed to broadcast.

You said it was blank? Are you referring to the info in the Auto Config dialog?
Did you hit the "Connect" button in the Auto Config dialog. The problem is right there somewhere.

Can you put the info in manually on the Source Client tab?

If I knew the info I could put it in there, The program just is not fetching the info from RR.

You can get the info by going to Broadcastify and then to your feed. Login and you should see a icon on the right side that looks like a gear. Drag your mouse over it and it will say "Manage Feed". Click the gear icon and go to the Technical tab. Info is there.

Is your firewall/s blocking the outbound request? Try to temporary disable any firewalls for test purposes. Try connecting with a fake User Name to see if you get any type of Invalid User Name error message.
