EDACS System In the QC Area

I programed the following EDACS frequencies, minus the "000.000" do I need the "000.000" frequencies in my scanner also?

I've got the ID's that I want to scan, but I am getting nothing on the scanner.

Yes, you have to include the blank channels for it to track the system correctly...

Iowa state patrol is still using the frequencies they've been using for years. No new frequencies. Some of the frequencies that you USED to be able to listen to, you CANNOT listen to now because they have switched to digital transmissions on those frequencies. Your pro-95 can't listen to digital.
