Your right you can't change batteries in an iPhone but most people don't need to. I am a heavy user and make it through a day no problem! My dad has the droid razr Maxx which you can't switch batteries on either he's not as heavy of a user as me but he makes 2 days on that phone!

I used to have a spare battery for my old phone, and I had every intention of purchasing a new battery for my current phone, but I never did, and it isn't that big of an issue for me...

But not having a removable battery would be a deal breaker for me in my job. I've powered off only to have it power on randomly before, which just isn't worth the risk in my career ($10,000 fine, and the feds just love pulling records).

I got my pre order late last night done with..Pre ordered the black iPhone 5 32gig with the warranty. Once Mophie releases the new iPhone 5 battery case I'll be using it.

When people want to switch to android the first thing I say is make sure you research the phones battery life at least half the phones out there don't make it past lunch! There is a bunch of good choices out there though just suggest doing research so you won't be disappointed!

My Droid RAZR Maxx has a 3300mAh Li-Ion battery that lasts damn near forever.
It is light years ahead of any Iphone battery.

I wouldn't call it light years ahead it's very good and gets through a day no problem. My dad has it. I get about 9-10 hours of usage on my 4s which is pretty close to the same really! iOS is much more efficient on battery then current android phones. As you mentioned the razr Maxx is a really good on the battery!

No I was talking about the guy claiming his boss got the iPhone 5.

I have the 4S on iOS 6 and the battery last me all day. My evo, evo 3D died with in 4 days.

Well most the people I know just go in the morning walk in and buy one.. I set an alarm for 2 am got out of bed preordered and went back to bed took 10 minutes I'll have mine on Friday without a line..

Same with me, Pre-ordered the phone around 3:10am via Apple store application for the iPhone. All the iPhone 5 pre orders top at $2 million dollars from this website it shows.

Yep, So hopefully by tonight or tomorrow sometime they start shipping them from China then go to California I think? Then ship my order to me via FEDEX. Last year a few people I spoke with on a different iPhone forum website we always tracked the phones via Flight Aware and use LIVEATC to listen to the pilots.

My buddy last year got his a day early which would be cool!! Listening to the pilots would be awesome lol. I just got an email stating my new plan etc do that's good news
