iPhone iScan (*** Illegal Application)

Looking at my feed listeners I see two iPhone iScan (*** Illegal Application)
Just wondering why it's illegal.

My guess is its a jail breaked iphone using a non approved itune app or some sort of other hacked altered app that's feeding off the streams. Basically some app creator made a app feeding off the legit apps coding and makeup and forgot to do stuff. Or the feeds know about I phones and how illegal they should be since iphones are junk anyway.
