Is Summerville encrypted now I saw fire dept and EMS were open and police sherrfic wasn't but it looks like they are encrypted now

Did you look at the Palmetto 800 page? Palmetto 800 Trunking System, Various, South Carolina

Per the page, all Public Safety is Encrypted for Dorchester County.
