I was listening to them last night also. Sounded like at least 3...maybe 4 cars talking about/trailing/surveillance on a vehicle. Was very interesting. I might've had it on my live feed but I was too tired and crashing to hook it back up.
I'm picking up activity this morning also. 3/18/10 9:51AM

They are on there everyday for something.
Rarely ever turns into anything though. I once listened to them trail a semi from the OH/IN state line to Putnamville without ever pulling it over. They were tracking it with GPS and following by car.
They rarely use encryption, also. Which does make it fun to listen.
Try ISP CZ ERT also, 4528.
