These are my results. Not too bad for decoding SSTV for the very first time and starting late. Got all 12 images, but 3 were incomplete, 3 others had some artifacts, and 6 of them decoded pretty well. Next time I need to adjust the gain better and set the audio filter wider.

This was my live copy on each of the images. #7, 8, and 11 are not perfect. I could probably improve things by going into the SDR recordings (I have SDR recordings of every pass) and cleaning things up, tuning adjustments and filter changes, and recapturing, but probably not worth the effort.

Token - That is the best quality 12-image complete album I’ve seen of this event yet! What rig, antenna, and software did you use?

@TexTAC Token noted that the antenna was the M2 Leo-Pack setup (2MCP8A for VHF), Icom R8600 receiver and MMSSTV. I presume the leo-pack is computer controlled using an azimuth and elevation rotator which tracks set satellites. Token was probably sleeping for most of the passes and had it programmed to track and record.

Yes, the rotor is the Yaesu G-5500 EL / AZ with the GS-232B computer interface. The tracking software I used was Nova for Windows.

I did have all the passes programmed in to auto record. However, I was actually at the radio for most of the passes, probably 2/3 or more of them. It turns out the majority of the decent passes for me were between 0800 UTC and 2000 UTC. I am generally up about 1200 UTC everyday anyway, and I was off work for the entire time of this event.

The morning time is my radio time. The wife is not up yet, the kids and grandkids don't come visit that early, so I typically have about 1200 to 1600-1800 UTC to myself at the radio gear.

@Token - 1400 UTC is my usual speed, but 1600 is better. By the way, which OS version are you using with Nova?
