Newer vehicles are a challenge for installs. You've made use of the space available to you.
For safety, are the items on you dash clear of the airbags?

^ and screwed/bolted down? That double sided tape most likely won't hold in an accident. Flying objects can often inflict injury in an accident that otherwise the occupants may not have sustained any injuries from if they didn't get smacked with something.
Not trying to bash your install - it's certainly up in view - so don't take it that way. It's just something to consider.

I put my Yaesu under the front passenger's seat with the control head on the dash. A little bit of Velcro on the bottom of the radio works with the carpeting to hold it in place. It also has a remote speaker. The programming cable stays permanently attached and tucks under the seat with it.
The radio is behind the drivers side seat. The remote head is velcroed to the dash board. The items are out of the way of the airbags. And i used a phone cup holder to keep the scanner in place. nothing is bolted down it is all velcroed.
What's that sitting on the dash? It looks like a Yaesu.

I'll have to second this, especially in the summertime. As a car heats up, the adhesive gets softer and depending upon the weight of an item, it can easily come loose in a sudden stop, and almost always in a collision. It happened to a friend of mine back in 2000. He used four Command Strips thinking it would hold his amateur radio in place, it didn't. The radio was left dangling off the dash held there only by the power cable and antenna coax.
It's a yaesu ft7900r and it hasn't gone sliding off the dash and hit me at all.

Just a suggestion, check out Youtube for crash test videos of your model vehicle. Watch to see what the path is for
the passenger side airbag, to be sure it's clear. I do that with my installs. Not sure what the item is against the "A post" but;
there could be airbags there too. Safety always comes first with installs, for you and your passengers.

Looks like a speaker. My guess is these things will be flying around in an accident, even a small one. When I was younger, I had several significant lacerations from cassette cases that went flying in a small accident.
Yep, this is the concern. It's not that it hasn't fallen off the dash, it's that in an accident they are flying objects often inflicting injury when otherwise none would have occurred.
Liability for the driver for any passengers, too.
I've always heard "keep everything below chest level".
Nobody is dissing on your install, just providing some helpful info to hopefully prevent potential issues down the road. Ultimately it's your rig and your install but it's worth taking note of and considering what has been shared here.
