Recently I've noticed that our local Sheriff Jersey County Illinois Sheriff's Department frequency we listen to is now garbled noise/static as you listen. I tried to look up information to see what has changed. I know they got or are in the process of getting new radios. I looked at the Fcc frequency license Database. Unfortunately the website is down for maintenance. Radioreference had not been updated yet as well. Any idea where to look for possible more information.

They switched to DMR. I was able to receive them when they first changed over (on DMR radio, obviously), but something has changed again and I haven't quite got it figured out.
