They will use the Megahertz system for their Dispatch and flight following. The Dispatcher in the CareFlite Operations Center will usually advise them of the Ground Contact channel. Sometimes a VMed channel, a fire ground channel or a talkgroup. You really need to hear the dispatch, or be listening to the agency requesting them.
