I just got an mc60 microphone and would like to wire it up for a ts 520 four pin. It has 8 pins and I have seen diagrams on how to do this. The only thing is they keep mentioning a "shield" wire, no color, and all I see is colored wires, also a grey wire which I do not see. I want to do this right. no preamp. just push to talk. Anyone know of this? Thank you

besides, I'm afraid of tariffs

The standard rate for the UK is 10 percent. The adjusted price would be 1.5 Euros more.

Cutting wires [especially when you are not certain of wiring], soldering, and the time involved is worth the price asked in my estimation.

now it is time to run wires from the board to pins not used. and find the microphone wires with an oscilloscope. none of the pins connect when the lock button is activated.
