Yep... listening to it this evening... it's a simulcast with Lake Zurich dispatch center's VHF FD dispatch frequency. District 32 is Lake Zurich units (they also cover Deer Park), District 34 is Wauconda units (also covers Island Lake, Volo, parts of Lakemoor, Lake Barrington, North Barrington, parts of Mundelein, probably forgetting some). Palatine is also on here occasionlly in and out of the auto-aid agreement with LZ.

Great catch! Wonder if there's also a simulcast of the VHF Red Fireground.

If you want to go ahead, but don't do it for me. I don't monitor StarCom much since everything I'm interested in is ENC. Also, I noticed the other day when monitoring that TG that the same RID showed up whether it was dispatch or the responding apparatus I was hearing... thus leading me to believe the VHF side is being simulcast on StarCom (not the other way 'round), and the RID is that of the patch from VHF to SC.
