Lake County trunked system down?

sitting here listening to Lake County and lost the trunking. It is raining hard here in Buffalo Grove but I just don't understand the issue. Maybe its a faulty Uniden product..I don't know.Or could it be that rebanding has begun here in Illinois. Hopefully I can get my money back on this faulty piece of equipment. Any info mush appreciative..thanks in advance. Oh by the way NWCD is booming as usual with the great digital lineups Uniden has for scanners.
