hi i was wondering if someone can help me out in finding the 5 fire ops channels for the Lakewood nj fire department ops 2 and 4 seem to be on the database but for some reason i don't think their right

I just thought "for some reason" was pretty vague and could be explained more for better assistance.

So, perhaps "Why do you think the information is wrong?" might have been better wording?
"What is the reason" sounds like you're asking them why they want to know the correct info...

because i never hear radio traffic on those frequencies

Alright...I don't live anywhere near Lakewood...but here is my observation. They are licensed for six (6) mobile frequencies in addition to the main repeater input and output in mobile operation. All are licensed for P25 and Analog. The FRN for the fire district only holds a single license (WPMA452). I would check into all of the frequencies of the license, without limiting your search to specific NAC, tone, etc.
