Dallas Fire Rescue has been working what's classified as a three alarm fire at an apartment complex in east Oak Cliff, not far south of downtown. There are 21 engine companies assigned, as well as 13 'rescues'. (FDR calls their EMS units "rescues" as opposed to "medic" or ambulance.)
