The problem is the cities in the Live Oak area have the Pursuit channel programmed as ch 2 and there own ch 2 as ch 3 in the radios.

I am having a hard time trying to locate licenses for LCRA P25 for the majority of the sites. Anybody else having this problem?

Can somebody confirm that is a FDMA and not a TDMA system?

The LCRA P25 system is a phase 1 FDMA system.

I think all the 700 MHz LCRA sites are operating under the WPTZ776 state license.

The site locations and frequencies (in 2014) are listed here.

Looks like that list is missing the Live Oak 800 site(which is part of the LCRA P25 network) as well as the New Braunfels site. The do have the SAUA 700 mhz P25 system listed. Which is Interesting since no one uses it

Has anybody used a motorola to monitor the LCRA System, if so what is the band plan being used for it?

If it is Sheriff units they use Kendall 1 and 2 for talk channels normally, if it is BPD units they have "Partol 1 and 2" Also check other sites in they area besides the Boerne site. Check Kendall, Luckenbach etc... the units could only be in range of a certain tower site besides their home site which is Boerne. Could also be a simplex or direct channel that is not listed.

On Public Safety Common 1 Sounds like a Guadalupe County Deputy and dispatch testing the range of the P25 system. Calling out different locations in the county mainly around the county lines. Hope they end up switching. Be a world of difference for interop with surrounding agencies.

They have both primary channes patched to vhf channels but quality wise they don't sound the best.
