Listener reports feed stops

2012-05-11 02:40:41: It will only play for a couple minutes then everything goes quiet and the timer stops. I usually have to either refresh the page or close the window completly then open the page back up and wait for it to load. this is very frusturating.

I am sure this is frustrating to the listener but they also have their account sent so that I can not reply to them through email or PM.

Now that is frustrating!

Maybe the admins can send them some suggestions their use name on RR is WB143

Yes I know I often listen to my feed all day long at work. This listener is having problems unrelated to my feed and probably a RR player issue. As I know the Java player has problems sometimes...

Anyway he reports it to me using the "Report a Problem" link and I have no way to contact him.

That is annoying.

I am just going to clear the issue off my feed details and not worry about it since there is nothing I can really do.

Could you give him the direct link to your stream and have him try to listen with his player instead buddy?

the guy just said he has no way to contact who ever is reporting the problem. they're not leaving any way to get in touch with them.

Most of the problem reports I've received have been about things I can't control at my end (I don't know if they were site errors or user errors, but I suspect they were mainly the latter). I just ignore them. One chastised me for not paying enough attention to the site, "volunteer or not"; that one was especially satisfying to ignore.
